Delete your Toroa account

1. Fastest: open the Toroa app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. This deletes your account immediately.
2. No app access, or prefer email: fill out the form below with the email address on your account. We'll verify it's you and confirm once your account and data have been deleted.
3. We process deletion requests submitted via this form within 30 days, and will email you once it's complete.

Deleted: your account profile (name, email), all family/child profiles and their data, chore and screen-time settings, and app usage history tied to your account.

Retained: billing records we're legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years), and anonymised, aggregated usage data that can no longer be linked back to you. Crash and error logs already sent to our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) age out and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
